Find Folders Fast with Folder Guide

Being in a network environment with user permissions, multiple drives and access permissions can be a challenge to navigate to specific folders that you use on a regular basis. You can create shortcuts on your desktop, but they can be difficult to get to if you are working in another program: you have to reduce or minimize the window to get to the short cut. You can add links in some program level Open and Save menus such as MS Word, but it doesn’t help you when you are working in Windows Explorer or other programs. Enter Folder Guide from Freeware365.com .

Folder Guide is described as “…a free handy utility that provides fast access to your frequently used and favorite folders.” When installed, it is added to the context menu in Windows Explorer so it can be accessed by a right mouse click as show in these screen shots:

Folder Guide is just there – ready when you need it without any complicated commands or using a lot of computer resources.

Working in as many different programs as I do each day and on a number of different drives and folders, I’ve found Folder Guide to be a great tool that saves me time and makes my work easier, which is what truly helpful utilities should do. Give this prgram a try – I think that you will find it as helpful as I do.
