One rather humorous example of this language found on page 2 of the memorandum is the statement “… an error is clearly erroneous where it strikes the reviewing Court as wrong ‘with the force of a 5 – week – old, unrefrigerated dead fish’.”(emphasis added)

This is where a product such as Skype enters the picture: designed as a service to call between computers it also has the added functionality of being able to call phone numbers and to provide concurrent video at the same time you are making the computer to computer call.
