Get More out of a Google Search.

Google is a great tool and has a lot of features that, if we took the time to read the documentation, we could find and learn on our own. However, as is too often the case, that would require time we generally don’t have so we usually only scratch the surface of its capailities without someone else pointing out features or tips and tricks. There’s No Cure for Stupid – How Failing to Backup Killed JournalSpace

Seems the folks at JournalSpace, the popular blog hosting site, failed to pay attention to common backup strategies and best practices and didn’t have ANY BACKUPS. That’s right folks, none, nada, zip, zilch. Instead, they relied on a set of drives mirrored (RAID 1) on a server running OS X server.
