Seth Godin posted about Reinventing the Conference Call on his blog recently and discussed the issues he has with the traditional conference call. Seth thinks that there should be a chat room in additon to the conferfence call to encourage participation. I agree with his points, but think there’s a better solution than paying for one of the chat services he describes if you have 20 or fewer attendees: use a free DimDim account and get public and private chat for up to 20 attendees.
