Hat tip to fellow PMA and Blogger Jim Calloway who let me know that you can download a free pdf version of the Federal Rules of Evidence 2010 from the Federal Evidence Review website. This download provides you with a fully searchable pdf of the latest FRE.

You can download your free copy of  the FRE 2010 here. This pdf gives you a number of benefits including:

  • Fully searchable text using the Acrobat Reader Search tool;
  • Hyperlink ( jump links) on the Index page to take you directly to a specif rule;
  • Links to online versins of the FRE; and

Great find! Now, which device is going to allow the PDF to be most efficient and functional in an office or courtroom? Kindle, Nook, Sony Reader, laptop, or iPad?
