Terrie Wheeler of Market Your Law Pracitce provides self paced marketing services and virtual marketing coaching to attorneys (State Bar of Wisconsin members receive significant discounts as MarketYourLawPracticecom is an Affinity Benefit)  )recently did a webinar on Tips to Market your Law Practice in a Tight Economy. Covering a wide range of topics, tips and tricks, Terrie also started attendees thinking about what they can do to get started marketing their practices in these tough economic times. Using real time polling, Terrie solicited feedback from attendees about their recent marketing efforts and whether or not they thought the economy was impacting their practice. To see the full polling data, read on after the break. You can watch the entire Tips to Market your Law Practice in a Tight Economy webinar (or one of 6 segments which are 14 minutes or less) on YouTube here.

The full polling data and responses is follows, but some of the highlights include the fact that 85% of those responding felt that economy had a somewhat to extreme impact on their practices.81% gave themselves a C or D as a grade on their marketing efforts and 54% don't have a LinkedIn profile. Take a couple of minutes and review all of the data – I think you will find it to be useful.
